A consultant and adviser of local and regional self-governments and Regional Chamber of Commerce.

Dean of New Economics Faculty - Seweryn Świaczny, PhD. Lawyer, specialist in civil, family law and canon law.Graduate of The Catholic University of Lublin and University of Navarra in Pampelona (Spain). In years 2002-05 judge-auditor in Metropolitan Court in Katowice. In years 2002-2006 assistant professor at the Faculty of Law and Administration at Silesian University in the Department of Civil Law and Private and International Law. Since 2006 assistant professor at USAE in Chorzów. Translator of Spanish. Author of several books and articles on law.

ANNA RADZIKOWSKA, MSc

Master of Science in the field of economics and law. A specialist in civil and economic law and in economic-legal analyses and their applying in economic organizations and public sector. The author or co-author of numerous publications, expert evaluation and opinions, an experienced manager. Until 2003 an academic teacher in Faculty of Law in University of Economics in Katowice and vice-chairman of the Institute of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises "Promotor".
